Assess & Specify
We survey the site, check the incoming power or ground conditions, and specify against the load you actually have — not the brochure figure.

The Challenge
Nepal's EV imports were climbing far faster than its charging network. On the 200 km Kathmandu–Pokhara run, drivers were planning around a handful of unreliable points and many simply took a petrol vehicle instead. The retailer wanted chargers at eight forecourts, but each site had a different incoming supply — and half of them could not carry a fast charger without work on the connection first.
The Outcome
All eight sites energised inside a single dry season. No driver on the corridor is now more than 35 km from a working fast charger, and the retailer's forecourt dwell time — the thing that sells coffee and snacks — went up rather than down.
Each study follows the same structure — the problem as the client described it, what we actually supplied and installed, and the numbers afterwards.
A highway charger and a haul-truck tyre contract look nothing alike on site. The way we deliver and support them does.
We survey the site, check the incoming power or ground conditions, and specify against the load you actually have — not the brochure figure.
Import and logistics handled end to end, from the manufacturer's factory through customs clearance to your gate, on a date we commit to in writing.
Our own technicians install, energise and test every unit, then hand over with your operators trained on it rather than a manual left on a desk.
Spares held in Kathmandu, scheduled servicing, and a callout commitment — because our responsibility does not end at the sale.
